The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

After graduation from Penn State, I obtained a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I married my beautiful high school sweetheart, Lindann, who became the best possible wife, mother and grandmother. I then spent two years in the army as a Military Police officer. I started work in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in 1970 as a prosecutor. In 1986, I became a Special Attorney in the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, and was assigned to the Philadelphia Strike Force. In 1991, I returned to the District Attorney's Office as the First Assistant District Attorney, where I remain today. My leisure activities have included running, backpacking, cycling and skiing. I am still married to Lin, and have two great children, both of whom married terrific spouses. I am also the proud and lucky "Pop" of two beautiful granddaughters and a beautiful grandson. Some of my best memories are of Penn State, the only school I have ever loved. I still remember taking the law school aptitude exam on campus and simultaneously listening on the radio to Penn State defeat a previously undefeated Ohio State team. Everyone in my family is a Penn State fan, and my son is the proud recipient of a PSU Masters degree. The last Rose Bowl was watched by all nine of us wearing our Penn State football jerseys
